Pete has started his walk across Europe
On the 20th of September 2011 I started my 60 day trek across Europe - It was an emotional day for me, as I said goodbye to my biggest supporters, Myra and Ella. My brother Mike and Andy unexpectedly joined me for my first day. I would like to say a special thank you to a few people, including:

A big thank you to Chris and Dave Smith for giving me a place to sleep during my first 2 days in their beautiful home in Nampont - I really appreciated this, as from tomorrow I'll be camping out!

Well done and thank you to Roger, who spent days updating the maps for the walk - they are amazing and easy to follow!
